A parking-equipped little plot house has a black casement sliding window with dark grey corrugated stone covering the rest of the space and stone cladding surrounding it on one-third of the wall. The columns covered in corrugated stone provide equilibrium to the terrace area that protrudes above the parking lot. A black, plain fence covers a part of the terrace, while the ceiling of the stair cabin slopes downward. Around the margins of the back side is a grey projection.
